POSITION: 1 – Office Cleaner
DEPARTMENT: Facilities
LOCATION: Yarmouth
RATES OF PAY: $35.00 - 37.79 - 38.12 - 39.84 - 42.32
CURRENTLY POSTED HOURS: 7:00AM – 3:30PM
SCHEDULE: M-F
REMARKS:
The title Office Cleaner principle duties are cleaning and other general service work in and around office and service building and their associated areas.
Under general supervision, performs work of a general service nature in and around office and service buildings and their associated areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Ability to perform moderately physical work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and at times for extended periods; must pass physical demands test.
2. Must have a license to operate motor vehicles if duties so require.
3. Must have mechanical aptitude, be alert and careful.
4. Must be personable and cooperative in order to have good working relationships with people.
5. Able to use housekeeping equipment such as buffers.
