Working Foreman-Warehouse
01/16/2025 Locations Bow-NHSupervises and schedules the handling of material, equipment, supplies and records at the Central Warehouse and other stockroom locations. Supervises the maintenance of the warehouse fleet. Supervises and/or performs the work related to the Warehouse.
Essential Functions:
- Plans, schedules and supervises the daily activities of the warehouse staff to ensure compliance with established procedures and safety practices
- Instructs and assist staff in receiving, storing, picking, issuing, assembling, testing and delivering materials and supplies
- Evaluates performance of subordinates
- Supervises the completion of required documentation to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operates equipment and vehicles to support the efficient flow of work
- Performs and/or supervises all physical inventory to ensure accurate inventory records
- Coordinates and supervises the maintenance of the Warehouse automotive fleet
- Advises superiors of procedural problems and recommends changes in procedures
- Supervises the maintenance of the Warehouse building and grounds
- Provides training to and instructs others within the department; Plans, schedules and reviews work performed and evaluates subordinates
- Identifies appropriate procedural methods; and make decisions based on analysis of information
- Works effectively with subordinates; superiors, interfacing departments and vendors
- Analyzes operational methods and develops improved procedures as needed
- Interprets Company policies, procedures and practices
Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and review work of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with subordinates and interfacing departments.
- Microsoft Office computer experience
- Ability to supervise others
- Ability to interpret Company policies, procedures and practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate related equipment
Ability to operate and interpret results of all test equipment used
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Warehouse worker or related experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Prior operating division of production division experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Commercial Tractor-Trailer Operator’s license
- Forklift Operator’s license
Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
- Must be able to push/pull 50 to 100 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
