Eversource Energy is seeking a motivated college student for a paid IT internship. The intern will work with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Solution Architects, and development teams on various projects, gaining hands-on experience with Work Order Life Cycle (WOLC) processes and IT systems.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem-solving college student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the IT team. You will work with our team of experienced BSAs, Solution Architects and development teams across projects.

Qualifications

• Students with graduation date of May 2026
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in related IT field
• Cumulative GPA above a 3.0
• Passion and aptitude for learning technology and solving problems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing preferably Azure
• Knowledge of web applications architectures
• Good problem-solving skills, enthusiastic work approach, and self-motivated
• Demonstrated expertise in understanding the mobile applications for customers or corporate internal use
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Understand Eversource Work Order Life Cycle Processes and systems involved for Electric and Gas business lines
• Assist the team with various operational, and ongoing project activities.
• Document functional designs for WOLC project
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Participate in project daily stand-ups and provide the statuses to the work asisgned
• Candidate will become familiar with Eversource Work Order Life Cycle Management, agile methodology, large systems like Maximo, MWM, PowerPlan
