Business Resource Groups

Eversource has established Business Resource Groups (BRGs) in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Supported by executive sponsors, these groups play a vital role in providing support, representation, and advocacy for employees, customers, and stakeholders across our service areas. They also identify opportunities to strengthen workplace culture and employee engagement.

Our BRGs include Multicultural, New Hire, Veterans, Women, Young Professionals, PRIDE+Allies, and AdaptAbility. These groups help foster professional growth, networking, and a sense of community within the company.
