Perform a variety of complex duties associated with analyzing technical documents received from field personnel. Support the regions progress in relation to meeting budget by ensuring proper accounting practices are performed. Responsible for following workflow policies and procedures associated with assigned work from Electrical Field Operations, Field Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, Meter Service, Customer Care, Projects, Labor and Emergency Response Team. Receive and respond to internal and external customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience. Investigate and analyze a variety of reports associated with Meter Service, Operations and Work Management requirements to meet goal initiatives. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
PRIMARY DUTIES - ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist customers, resolve inquiries from Customer Service, Electric Service Support Center, electrical contractors, property owners and other utilities and agencies.
Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process comprehensive data for numerous record systems including but not limited to Work Management (Maximo), WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
Representatives will be expected to be proficient in most of the aforementioned systems.
Process multiple department payrolls and have knowledge of company policies and union contracts to determine comprehensive pay issues.
Process contractor invoices and ability to interpret and understand pricing contracts.
Handle sensitive customer account information.
Timely completion of budgetary records in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.
Assist in the instruction and training of new and less experienced representatives as required.
Support emergency restoration efforts for Eversource.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A High School Diploma or the equivalent and 8 years’ experience or 6 years’ experience and associate's degree preferred.
Experience in processing payroll highly desirable. Previous experience processing contractor invoices and interpreting contracts preferred. The selected candidate must be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, possess good organizational skills and maintain a high degree of initiative and dependability.
