Emily, Manager, Project Contracts
and Controls

Meet Emily

Emily joined Eversource in 2009 as an intern in the procurement department, where she held several key positions prior to joining the Transmission organization in 2021 as a Manager of the Contract Controls and Data Analytics organization. Emily has worked to develop her tri-state team into a results-driven Contract Management organization, responsible for full oversight of the contract lifecycle including driving process efficiencies while ensuring compliance and alignment with both business and regulatory objectives. “I enjoy encountering unique challenges each day and strategizing in a collaborative way with both internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve them. Leveraging the relationships I have built throughout my tenure at Eversource has been my key to success and has allowed me to influence positive change within the organization. I always encourage my team to remain committed to delivering value to the organization through continuous process improvement while maintaining proper governance & oversight. It’s an exciting time to be in such an evolving industry, and empowering to be able to be involved in these strategic and transformative projects to deliver reliable power to our customers.”

Alexia, Senior Specialist
Project Engagement

Meet Alexia

Alexia joined the Eversource team in Massachusetts as a Siting and Construction Specialist at the beginning of the year and she's really hit the ground running. Alexia reviews work the company is doing on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard, and partners with other members of the team to develop creative community solutions for our reliability and battery storage projects. She's inspired by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her encouraging message to young women, “Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.”

Sam, Manager of Strategic
Project Development

Meet Sam

Sam has spent the past nine years at Eversource, with the last two dedicated to proving that strategic project development is more than just building transmission —it’s about bridging teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering real value to customers. As Manager of Strategic Project Development, Sam focuses on advancing projects that support the region’s energy goals while ensuring cross-functional collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s effective.
