As a key player on our Energy Efficiency Commercial & Industrial (C&I) marketing team, you’ll lead dynamic, full-funnel B2B marketing and advertising campaigns across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Your work will directly support energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts, helping businesses of all sizes make sustainable choices.
- Own campaign execution – From planning and content development to managing external agencies and internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless, high-impact marketing campaigns that range from large-scale paid media to individual customer success stories.
- Drive results – Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable success.
- Collaborate & innovate – Work closely with digital, PR, creative, and customer service teams to bring fresh ideas and strategies to life.
- Build strong partnerships – Foster and manage relationships with trade allies to promote energy efficiency initiatives.
- Be a subject matter expert and an excellent communicator – Stay ahead of industry trends and translate technical information into engaging content for diverse audiences, shared through a wide variety of channels (sell sheets, emails, webpage copy, and more!).
- Make an impact – Travel occasionally (about 10%) to see firsthand the difference your work is making in the industry.

Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions
- Strong time and project management skills
- Enthusiastic and eager team player willing to jump in and assist colleagues as needed
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to successfully engage, influence, and inspire partners
- Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or relevant degree
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of product marketing experience
- Experience in the sustainability, clean energy and/or energy efficiency industry preferred
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns, developing trade-ally relationships, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing projects
