If you’re passionate about sustainability, join a team of professionals connected and motivated by this common commitment to the environment and a clean energy future. In this role within the Energy Efficiency department, you will manage the Residential Turnkey Solutions (RTS) program delivery for single-family homes. The RTS single-family program delivers comprehensive Home Energy Assessments designed to drive the adoption of weatherization and electrification improvements in 1-4 unit households. Successful program management involves working with other Mass Save® Sponsors, implementation vendors, and external stakeholders to implement decarbonization programs through a collaborative, statewide approach. You will be responsible for ensuring that the electric and natural gas programs for this customer segment are deployed in a customer-centric and cost-efficient manner while also ensuring internal and external expectations for service delivery are met.
As an Energy Efficiency Consultant, you will be accountable for the performance of lead implementation vendors who are in turn responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery across the network of vendors and subcontractors through the Eversource territories. Core program services include but are not limited to home energy assessments, weatherization, heat pump installation, health and safety repairs, and general energy efficiency and decarbonization education. The delivery network includes Home Performance Contractors (“HPCs”), Independent Installation Contractors (“IICs”) and select Heat Pump Installer Network (“HPIN”) contractors. - Lead process improvement initiatives and engage stakeholders to ensure all resultant improvements are delivered on time, on budget and within scope approved by management.

- Invoicing process includes quantitative and qualitative review of completed project data, confirming proper accounting and benchmarking against expected production. This is accompanied by tracking program performance indicators e.g. HEAs performed, homes weatherized, heat pumps installed. Program performance indicators are used to assess quarterly projections and annual plan performance.
- Responsible for the review and approval of moderately complex projects, which requires an understanding of residential construction and building systems, engineering calculations, energy efficiency concepts, and basic financial principles.
- Provides customer resolution support, either engaging directly with customers or engaging with stakeholders, vendors, or contractors on behalf of customers.
- Support the 3-Year planning process as subject matter expert and contribute to the drafting process.
