Student will assist staff engineers with assigned projects and tasks that will include:

• Collecting and analyzing leak data of gas distribution systems
• Reviewing entries in database and ensuring quality against a standard
• Research historical Construction, Maintenance and Operational records
• Create, edit or modify reports using Excel, Access, work management systems (Maximo) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Assist in preparation of filings for Gas System Replacement programs with the Massachusetts Department of Public utilities.
• Assist in the development and execution of the Distribution Integrity Management Program.
• Assist in risk assessment of distribution system and identify high risk facilities for repair or remediation.

Mechanical Engineering student preferred. Industrial Engineering students also considered. Position is located at 4 Technology Drive Westborough, MA. Company does not provide transportation.
