This is a hybrid role with the first three months in the office.
Eversource is looking for a Coordinator, Regulatory Proceedings, Siting to be located in CT or MA. This role supports the Siting Team with case management and allows the Siting Analysts to focus on the development of Siting filings to support the Capital Plan.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates and responsible for the submittal of Siting filings with relevant state and local agencies and all related docket information across the enterprise in the current regulatory database systems (i.e. Caseworks, Archer).
Monitors and helps lead the coordination of Eversource’s responses to questions (interrogatories)/data requests in active regulatory proceedings and ensure filings and responses are filed in a timely fashion.
Works closely with the Siting team to provide docket/case support, as needed, in processing case documentation.
Assists with organization of the Siting records and is responsible for developing and maintaining the approval and proceeding files up to date.
Prepares and issues written summaries and other related documents, as needed.
Coordinates printing and courier services, as needed.
Works closely with the individual Siting Specialists sharing docket responsibilities, calendaring compliance events, and tracking all timelines/due dates, as necessary, to be responsive to regulatory and business deadlines in a timely manner.
Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
Proficient in Office 365
Knowledge of reporting tools, experience with database technology management is highly recommended.
Ability to summarize in writing both the written and the spoken word quickly and accurately.
Advanced organizational and time management skills are also essential to manage several proceedings, each with their own schedule
Effective interpersonal skills are necessary since the job requires interaction with a myriad of individuals within the Companies (e.g., legal, regulatory affairs, project managers, engineering, environmental, etc.).
Education:
Associate degree or Professional Certificate, or equivalent experience in Law, Data Analysis, Computer Information Systems, Paralegal Studies, or similar, or equivalent experience in relevant field(s).
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years related experience in document management, Casework preferred.
Prior litigation, regulatory, law firm, permitting, or energy industry experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. This is a nonexempt position with a yearly salary range for this position starts at $56,700 and the market rate is $63,000 plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for a fill list of benefits.
