e-Builder Administrator (eB Admin) will be primary contact for Area Project Portfolio Teams to maintain system level configuration and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users. As the Project Management Information System e-Builder affects all aspects of capital development/execution of projects, The e-Builder Admin will be required to be highly responsive and able to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of Eversource. The e-Builder Admin will liaise with the other e-Builder Admin team members, Implementation/enhancement Teams and end users to implement any required account level modifications which could include modifications of data fields, reports, dashboards and templates.The Associate Analyst, Transmission (e-Builder Administrator (eB Admin)), located in Hartford, CT is a Hybrid Remote Role. This role will be primary contact for Area Project Portfolio Teams to maintain system level configuration and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users. Essential Functions:
- Adding New Projects - The eB Admins receive notifications once new projects are approved. Validate Projects, and complete multiple steps in e-Builder to successfully set up new projects.
- Adding New Users
- Removing Users
- Assignments / Reassignments
- CAPEX & PIS Imports
- Integration exception validations, corrective measures, and troubleshooting
- Support and Communication to End Users
Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
- Experience using e-Builder, Maximo, Power Plan or other capital, construction, or project management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of resources throughout the enterprise.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks, develop, analyze and/or revise procedures, meet deadlines, and work in an environment of heavy pressure and changing priorities.
- Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to compose correspondence and reports.
- Demonstrated experience with computerized systems, database management and spreadsheet and word-processing programs to transform data and create reports
- Skill in using computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; or related combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Zero (0) to three (3) years related experience is required for the associate level.
Licenses & Certifications: None
Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
